July 3, A short run after a week break

Did a short run after a week break. Not really break and rest as I was too busy with life and work. Everyday reached home, I was too tired even to get myself up and take shower.
It is not so easy to run for people who work. As they need to pay full attention in work and that already drained up the daily battery. How to constantly run? It is really a great challenge for me. Today, although I am feeling a bit tired, I still dragged myself to do a short run. But I think I started too fast. Ended up running out of breath after just a 3.6km run. Speed work? Not really. But the short run definitely loosen my muscle a bit after a long break.
