Munching Snacks !! STOP !!!

Took 2-3 packets of mamee snacks a week and gain 2kg in a month time,
but took me *9hrs 54mins of workout or running for *75.6km and cut down the snacks to 2-3 packets a month and successfully shake off 1kg.
Really need to think twice when munching those snacks.
长肉三分钟,削掉需三年!! (Takes 3 mins to gain but 3 years to shake them off).
Below is my workout last month to shake the 1kg off.

*Not including others workout like trekking during weekend and indoor cycling.
