Weekend Blast

As you can see here, only weekend blast and this is so not good.
I'd just changed to a new job, working more than 12 hours a day. Everyday I am already exhausted after the work and could not even have my toes move after the long hours work. Ended up, I have to fully use up my weekend for the run. But honestly, resting for 5 days continuously and run back, I just feel that my heart not able to pump the blood to my whole body and this is so not good.
I just wish I can at least do a short run even only 5km during the weekday. This is really disaster for me. Clocking definitely not enough for my training of 50km. How can this be.
I am thinking to quit the up-coming 50km TMBT. But my friend wantet keep encouraging me. Sometime we just need to be brave and try our best. This is what I keep on telling myself now.
I just hope I survive.
